Any third party (supplier, contractors, customer, and others) impacted by or observes an act of misconduct by Master Builders Solutions, its employees or business partners.

Master Builders Solutions employees can raise their concerns internally via an Employee SpeakUp Channel accessible via the Intranet.
How to use the SpeakUp Channel for Business Partners?
The SpeakUp Channel for Business Partners is available 24/7 in several languages and operated by an external service provider. You will receive an individual case number that allows you to track the progress of your case and provides additional information.
We encourage users to provide their names to help us conduct an effective investigation. All information received will be handled with strict confidentiality. However, your identity will not be captured in the system if you wish to remain anonymous.
All reports made through the SpeakUp channel are treated seriously and are thoroughly and promptly investigated. Please be assured that we do not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who report their concerns to us in good faith, and we treat every investigation with strict confidentiality.
