What solution did we provide?
Master Builders Solutions engineered and supplied the range of
cementitious and epoxy grouts, as per the desired schedule, to
match the pace of the job.
For the product MasterRoc® FLC 100, the innovation and the
differentiation was achieved by changing the pack size from 15
kg to 9 kg to facilitate comfortable usage by the customer, as per
the capacity of the post-tensioning grout mixing machine. This
change in pack size was the result of involvement, intelligence
and the ability to anticipate future problems and solving them in
advance. This exercise, making the customer’s problem ours,
helped build the relationship that generated confidence such as
