Being the first Four Seasons Private Residence waterfront development in Asia, the Four Seasons Private Residences is part of the mixed-use development along the banks of Bangkok’s Chao Praya River, standing tall at 73 storeys high and emerging as Thailand’s exquisite landmark.

Developed by Country Group Development, the prime waterfront location coupled with Four Seasons' legendary service and amenities, this property will bring the luxury hospitality market to Bangkok and undoubtedly be recognized as one of the top destinations for world travelers. 

​The challenge

Optimizing building design and structural strength are key to ensuring efficient use of real estate space, especially for such iconic urban development. The Four Seasons Private Residences called for G80 high-strength concrete shear wall and transfer beam for its superstructure elements – columns, to minimize the size of columns as part of the optimization works. 

Stringent requirements are also placed on the finishing of concrete as achieving smooth surface texture will be challenging for the conventional high-strength concrete mix.​

​Our solution​​

MasterEase 3029​, our low-viscosity concrete admixture solutions that improve rheological properties of high-performance concrete, was used for G80, G60, G45 concrete mix. MasterEase 3029 significantly facilitates pumping, placing, and finishing of concrete without the need for surface repair.
