Hardening and Sealing Concrete Surfaces
Heavy vehicles, machinery and high foot traffic are some of the most abrasive types of pressure that damage concrete surfaces. With this in mind, it’s important that concrete is properly sealed and hardened, otherwise the aesthetics and durability may be compromised, leading to numerous safety risks.
Proper concrete treatment using liquid hardeners creates greater surface density providing increased durability, resistance to abrasion and increased resistance to
penetration by oil and grease.
SOLUTIONS:
MasterTop® 333 is a deep-penetrating silicate solution which converts the available free lime into more cementitious binder, thereby hardening and sealing the concrete surface. The dust arresting treatment also binds the surface of old and new concrete to reduce dusting while also providing a sleek aesthetic (shown below).
is a low viscosity, two-pack, UV resistant polyurethane resin coating which can be applied to both indoor and outdoor floors. The coating has high chemical and stain resistance whilst also providing a durable solution for uses ranging from workshops to carparks.
