Company Name Change Announcement
For market and strategic development needs, our company name was changed from BASF Construction Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd. to MB Solutions (China) Co., Ltd. on April 29, 2021.
After the company name change, the business legal entity and legal relationship will remain unchanged and the contracts originally concluded shall continue to be valid. The original business relationship will also remain unchanged.
Our company’s products brand Ucrete, MasterTop, MasterFlow, Finestone, MasterSeal MasterRoc, etc. will remain unchanged too. The packaging of our products is in the process of being updated. During this changeover period between the old and new packaging we will announced later.
