    Master Builders Solutions Culture Changing Training ​

    With the successful carve-out from the BASF Group, the Master Builders Solutions brand now embarks on a new journey as part of the MBCC Group. In transitioning into the new company, the Master Builders Solutions team in Greater China has started to explore a new development path in the context of this transformation. This transformation will act as both a challenge and an opportunity for reformation for the Master Builders Solutions brand. Among the initiatives that the company is gearing towards are; better adaptability towards industry demands, premium and quality service offerings for customers, enhanced company performance and better returns for the company’s stakeholders; creating a Sustainable Performance for both the brand and business. Under the leadership of Dr. Qu Jianqiang, Vice President of Greater China Cluster, along with the professional guidance of Connie Y. Stephens, Senior Leadership Consultant, the management team organized a training programme embracing the new cultural change where key members took part to understand the new direction the company is headed towards to. 

    Through this training initiative, Dr. Qu Jianqiang spearheaded the session by encouraging the Management Team to always account for every individuals’ feelings towards the new corporate transformation in the perspective of self-awareness; to analyze the changes and challenges the company may potentially be facing, whilst building a new mindset and corresponding business operation modes according to the business development demands. From an external’s perspective, Connie Y. Stephens coordinated the Management Team to dig deep into their thoughts and heart on how they are perceiving the new change to be, through an analytical overview of the new company vision, identity, values statement, ability, action and environment and how the new vision, mission and values statement comes into play. Each functional department also formulated corresponding performance objectives and appraisal plans that feel would benefit further growth. 

    The purpose of this programme, was aimed at providing guidance on how to set goals, embracing the new company culture, adjust and change measures through creative thinking and clear consciousness; whilst ensuring the realisation of both personal and the company’s vision to work in harmony together through the new reformation, laying a solid foundation for future development. ​
