How does MasterTop 1327 work?
MasterTop 1327 is a multi-layer decorative polyurethane flooring finish that is designed for use where a comfortable, seamless, low VOC, colourful, UV resistant and sound insulating floor finish is required.
MasterTop 1327 is applied in a minimum of four layers; a primer, massive elastic underlayment, body coat and topcoat, an optional scratch primer may be applied as well. To meet the surface finish and functional requirements of different applications there are four different top coat / body coat combinations available: a matt pigmented top coat, a matt clear top coat, a flame resistant top coat and a matt anti-bacterial finish. These options are named as follows:
MasterTop 1327 C – A low emission matt finish
MasterTop 1327 D – A low emission matt finish with a higher slip resistance
MasterTop 1327 AB – A matt anti-bacterial finish
MasterTop 1327 FL– A matt finish with enhanced fire resistance
What is MasterTop 1327 used for?
MasterTop 1327 is formulated for colourful seamless indoor floors where a higher degree of sound insulation is required: for example offices, exhibition halls, playgrounds, shops, hospitals, schools, and cafeterias.
The crack-bridging properties of MasterTop 1327 make it an obvious choice for any seamless floor applied onto concrete.
MasterTop 1327 AB is intended for use in areas where the highest hygienic standards are essential; for example hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
MasterTop 1327 FL is suited to use in areas where increased fire performance is required such as emergency exits and corridors.
