MasterFlow 928 is a specially prepared, versatile, high-strength, non-shrink grout containing sulphate-resistant Portland cement (HSR LA).

MasterFlow 928 is a ready-to-use product in powder form. The on-site addition of water produces a non-shrink grout of predictable performance that complies with CRD-C 621 and ASTM C1107 – Grade C.

MasterFlow 928 is formulated for use at any consistency, from fluid to damp-pack. It can be placed by pouring or pumping and is designed for bedding, grouting and precision bearing operations, including:

MasterFlow 928 combines adjustable consistency with proven, predictable performance. It provides excellent workability retention, even at high ambient temperatures, and high bond strength to steel and concrete. This impermeable grout offers early strength development even at fluid consistency, and good fatigue and impact resistance.

MasterFlow 928 can be extended for large volume void filling by adding 5-13mm clean washed aggregate, such as MasterEmaco FL 100 aggregate, supplied in 20kg bags.

This precision grout contains natural aggregates and is similar in appearance to mortar. Its micro silica content enhances strength and durability. The maximum grain size is 1.4 mm
