MasterKure 82WB
Solvent-free curing compound based on aqueous wax emulsion
Protecting freshly applied concrete or mortar decreases the risk of shrinkage cracks caused by fast evaporation of the water component. Developed with this goal in mind, MasterKure 82WB is a non-solvent, non-flammable and non-toxic curing product for concrete and mortars. It can be applied to freshly poured concrete immediately after smoothing and finishing.
Where to use MasterKure 82WB?
MasterKure 82WB protects concrete and mortars from drying out by evaporation. It can be used on self-levelling concrete, fluid cement-based screed and other concretes and mortars sensitive to rapid evaporation, poured horizontally and vertically.
Typical applications include roads, beams, slabs and precast elements.
What makes MasterKure 82WB different?
MasterKure 82WB’s formulation is optimised for spray application on fresh concrete and mortars. It can also be used following traditional finishes, such as floating and trowelling.
On application, this product forms a white film that gradually disappears, making it easier to achieve uniform application.
Using MasterKure 82WB decreases the likelihood of shrinkage cracks, thanks to its excellent water retention. It protects the fresh concrete or mortar’s surface from sunlight and draughts and produces a harder, dust-free surface.
This aqueous product is suitable for indoor application; its low emission, solvent-free formulation means it is virtually odourless during application.
