MasterSeal 590 is a fast-setting cementitious mortar that stops active water leaks through joints, cracks and holes in concrete or masonry. It also serves as a seal for construction joints or floor joints before basement tanking with MasterSeal membranes and can be used for sealing cracks and construction joints in reservoirs and other water-retaining structures, including sewers.

This mortar can also be used to create covings in connection joints, where its quick curing allows the immediate application of a waterproofing membrane.

MasterSeal 590 also provides rapid anchoring of bolts, conduits, pipes, sanitary equipment and more.

MasterSeal 590 is the safe solution for stopping water leaks and for quick covings and patches before applying cementitious and resin-based membranes. Its expansion during the hardening process ensures the effective blockage of water by compressing the substrate. It does not create second paths for water penetration.

Easy to use, MasterSeal 590 only requires the addition of clean water to produce a rapid-setting, ready-to-use plugging mortar. Its formulation is chloride-free, avoiding any contribution to corrosion on concrete reinforcement.
