MasterSeal M 860

MasterSeal M 860 is a hand applied two component, self-levelling, elastomeric hybrid polyurea membrane. 

MasterSeal M 860 is ideal for a variety of concrete waterproofing applications including roofs, balconies, terraces, podium decks and car park decks.

​​​​ ​	Hand Applied ​MasterSeal M 860 is applied by hand using a notched trowel or spreader (rubber or steel)
​	Fast Hardening Rapid hardening. With a working time of 25 minutes can be open to pedestrian traffic after 24 hours (at 20ºC).
​	Crack Bridging​ Extraordinary crack-bridging and elastic properties.  Remains elastic even at low temperatures (Class A4 and B4.1 @-20ºC).
​	​Root Resistance Permanent resistance against penetration and perforation by plant roots. Can be used in user load category P4 (inverted roofs, roof gardens and green roofs).
​	​Fire Resistance Broof -T2 acc. EN 13501-5
