    Ucrete HPQAS

Antistatic coloured quartz floors for attractive environments

    How does Ucrete HPQAS work?

Ucrete HPQAS antistatic coloured quartz floors use unique heavy-duty polyurethane resin technology with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, combined with coloured quartz aesthetics.

Ucrete HPQAS has a lightly textured surface providing a safe and attractive floor along with antistatic properties, making it safe to use in explosion hazard areas.

Careful choice of raw materials and the use of a limited number of specialist applicators ensure optimum installation and long service life.

    What makes Ucrete HPQAS different?

Ucrete HPQAS flooring's combination of antistatic properties, aesthetics and chemical resistance are a unique offering meeting the demand for attractive, safe working environments.

    Where to use Ucrete HPQAS?u

Ucrete HPQAS meets customer demands in various industry sectors where attractive floors with antistatic properties are needed, including cleanrooms and process areas handling solvents or fine organic powders.

As with all Ucrete systems, HPQAS floors are dense and impervious, providing an ideal floor finish for wet and dry process applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and wherever an attractive antistatic coloured quartz floor is required.

    Why chose a Ucrete floor?

Ucrete floors tolerate substrate moisture and are rapid curing, allowing tight constructions schedules and reduced downtime in refurbishment applications. They match every customer requirement – from minimising programme downtime to high slip resistance, a suitable specification can be found.

Substrate moisture tolerance and a fast cure allow refurbishments to be completed quickly. This minimises or completely removes downtime for facility owners. With the option of specifications that give full cure at 10°C in five hours, completing repairs over a weekend is a realistic target.

Ucrete’s temperature, chemical, impact and wear resistance ensure that a correctly specified Ucrete floor will last for many years, removing the health and safety risks of failing floors. A Ucrete floor offers excellent value, thanks to this longevity.

For rapid installation of attractive antistatic coloured quartz floors, Ucrete HPQAS is unmatched.
