    Ucrete MT

    Heavy-duty polyurethane flooring

Ucrete MT offers a lightly textured 4-6mm floor finish for both wet and dry process areas. Its surface makes it easy to move machines on castors or sensitive chemicals while ensuring slip protection for employees working in the area.

Temperature and chemical resistance also provide a durable, robust floor finish for areas where hot processes take place and cleaning is imperative.

    Where to use Ucrete MT?

Ideal environments include wet and dry food and beverage environments, traffic areas, pharmaceutical plants and chemical manufacturing and storage areas.

    Why choose a Ucrete floor?

Ucrete heavy duty polyurethane flooring systems provide ideal solutions for every customer requirement. There is a specification to suit every need, from minimising programme downtime during application to high slip resistance.

Refurbishments can be completed quickly, thanks to Ucrete substrate-moisture tolerance and fast cure, minimising or removing downtime from your facility. Specifications providing full cure at 10°C in five hours are available, permitting repairs to be completed efficiently over a weekend.

Combined properties including temperature, chemical, impact and wear resistance ensure that a correctly specified Ucrete floor will last for many years. The cost-in-use benefits of Ucrete are evident when considering the risk to hygiene and safety of failing floors, and the cost in management time and lost production to replace them.

Ucrete floors have been widely used throughout the food industry for over 50 years, and many older floors still in service.  Ucrete systems are accredited for use in facilities operating HACCP based food safety systems. They are solvent-free and have been awarded the Eurofins Gold Seal for indoor air quality. A Ucrete floor will not taint foodstuffs even during application and does not support biological growth.

Ucrete sets the benchmark for food industry flooring, combining long-term performance and independent certifications. Careful choice of raw materials and a limited number of specialist applicators ensure optimum installation and long service life.
