    Ucrete UD200

    Hygienic flooring for rapid installation

Unique heavy-duty polyurethane resin technology with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, high temperatures and heavy traffic: this is Ucrete UD200.

Not only is Ucrete UD200 a safe and attractive floor for wet-process environments thanks to its lightly textured surface, but it can be put back into service after 5 hours at 10°C, minimising disruption to operations.

Careful choice of raw materials and the use of a limited number of specialist applicators ensure the optimum installation and long service life of this fast-track flooring.

    Where to use Ucrete UD200?

Ucrete UD200 meets customer demands in various industry sectors where robust hygienic floors are required. Its dense, impervious surface provides an ideal floor finish for all wet process applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and wherever a durable, hygienic floor is essential.

    What makes Ucrete UD200 different?

Ucrete UD200’s durability, speed of cure, and ease of cleaning, with temperature resistance up to 150°C, add up to a unique offering meeting the food and beverage industry's demands.

Ucrete UD200 floors tolerate substrate moisture and offer rapid curing, facilitating tight construction schedules and reducing downtime in refurbishment applications.

For the rapid installation of high-temperature-resistant floors for wet-process environments, Ucrete UD200 has no equal.

Ucrete: food industry flooring at its best

The combination of temperature, chemical, impact and wear resistance means that a correctly specified Ucrete floor will last for many years. Ucrete floors have been widely used throughout the food industry for over 50 years, with many older floors still in service.

There are considerable whole-life cost benefits in choosing Ucrete. Specifying the wrong floor can ultimately lead to a risk to hygiene and safety of failing floors, with cost implications in terms of the management time and lost production involved in replaced lesser floors. A Ucrete floor’s longevity makes it the best value for money.

Ucrete systems are solvent-free and accredited for use in facilities operating HACCP-based food safety systems, as well as holding the Eurofins Gold Seal for indoor air quality. A Ucrete floor won’t taint foodstuffs even during application, nor will it support biological growth.

Ucrete sets the benchmark for food industry flooring with this combination of long-term performance and independent certifications.
