DESCRIPTION
MasterEmaco S 433 is a high strength precisionmicro concrete, requiring only the on-site additionof water to provide a free flowing concrete ideallysuited for placing in nominal thicknesses of 20mmand above. When mixed, applied and cured inaccordance with the manufacturer’s instructions,MasterEmaco S 433 produces a free flowingprecision micro concrete free from segregation andbleeding.
PRIMARY USES
Whenever a repair material is required toreconstruct heavily congested areas and areaswith difficult access.MasterEmaco S 433 is the ideal material forvertical or horizontal structural repairs whereverthe use of formwork is preferable to hand ormachine applied repair systems.Its high early and ultimate strength enablesformwork to be stripped at an early age thusminimising delays.Due to its rheoplastic nature, MasterEmaco S 433can be utilised as a grout and poured under a headof pressure. MasterEmaco S 433 should not beused where the depth of voids to be filled is lessthan 20mm.Used as the capping medium in conjunction withMasterSeal 910 in our pile headwaterproofing system.
