Global R&D center
Our global R&D center is in Trostberg, Germany. This site has a tradition in chemistry of more than 100 years and is the place where the first concrete superplasticizer – Melment – was successfully developed. In Trostberg, our experts work on basic research and new technologies as well as new products and processes for construction chemicals and related system solutions. They serve the innovation chain for admixtures, underground construction, and resins of Master Builders Solutions and manage the patent portfolio as well as global projects.
