MasterSeal M 811​

MasterSeal M 811 is a highly elastic, solvent-free, ultra-fast curing, spray-applied hybrid polyurea membrane specifically designed for roof, car park decks and podium deck waterproofing applications. 

​​​​ ​​​	Spray Applied ​MasterSeal M 811 is highly reactive and must be applied by ​two-compone​nt spray equipment which initiates a quick reaction and​ ensures the rapid and safe application of the membrane.
​	Fast Hardening Fast hardening: Sets in seconds and is ready for pedestrian traffic or recoating after 4 hours.
​	Mechanical Resistance Can be exposed to vehicular traffic in MasterSeal Traffic systems.
​	​Crack Bridging Extraordinary crack-bridging and elastic properties.  Remains elastic even at low temperatures. (Class B4.2 @-20ºC).
​	​Service Life Under normal service conditions, the system will provide a durable roof waterproofing with a service life in excess of 25 years.  Class W3 according ETAG 005.
​	Root Resistance ​Permanent resistance against penetration and perforation by plant roots. Can be used in user load category P4 (inverted roofs, roof gardens and green roofs).
​	Fire Resistance​ Broof -T2 acc. EN 13501-5 Cfl-s1 acc. EN 13501-1
