    Ucrete DPAS

    Antistatic slip-resistant heavy-duty floors

Ucrete DPAS is a family of antistatic defined-profile floors, ideal for environments that require an antistatic floor surface that is also high-grip, safe and slip-resistant. With a range of surface profiles, thicknesses and matt or gloss finishes available, Ucrete DPAS systems are the solution for a wide range of process environments with an antistatic requirement.

    Slip-resistant floors – forever

Ucrete DPAS floors have been specifically designed to meet European slip-resistance standards and retain slip resistance throughout the service life of the floor. The defined profile, temperature and chemical resistance, ease of cleaning and seamless finish mean that the Ucrete DPAS family is ideal for many process environments, meeting all the requirements for EN1081.

    Where to use Ucrete DPAS?

Ucrete DPAS - Antistatic flooringUcrete DPAS systems are used to protect electrostatic-sensitive devices and explosion hazard areas where the environment is predominantly wet and where thermal shock and chemical resistance are needed.

Our Ucrete heavy-duty polyurethane flooring systems provide ideal solutions for every customer requirement. From minimising programme downtime to high slip resistance, there is a specification to suit every need.

    Why choose a Ucrete floor?

A correctly specified Ucrete floor will last for many years, combining temperature, chemical, impact and wear resistance. Ucrete’s longevity makes it a natural choice compared to the inconvenience, cost and hygiene and safety risks of failing floors, not to mention the cost in management time and lost production to replace them.

Wide use in the food industry for over 50 years means that many older Ucrete floors are still in service. Ucrete systems do not support biological growth and are accredited for use in facilities operating HACCP-based food safety systems. Ucrete also holds the Eurofins Gold Seal for indoor air quality and is non-tainting even during application, thanks to its solvent-free formulation.

Ucrete sets the standard for food industry flooring with this combination of long-term performance and independent certifications. Careful choice of raw materials and the intentionally limited number of specialist applicators ensure optimum installation and long service life.
