It’s startling to think that in 2023, one-in-four women have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace. On top of that, 60% of working Australian women are currently experiencing violence from their partner.
At Master Builders Solutions, we have the means to do something about these statistics. Therefore, we are taking the first steps to become a White Ribbon Workplace Accredited company.
Men's violence and abuse is not unique to any single Australian workplace, but the solutions to solve it are. Therefore, our workplace plays an important role in providing safe environments for women, driving social change and eliminating men’s violence against women.
The White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation program engages a whole of organisation commitment to eliminate men's violence against women. The program is designed to create a truly supportive workplace that has achieved gender equality - providing the necessary support mechanisms for ongoing success.
